is it prediabetes??
 

Hi there i am 36 years old and i have a family history of diabetes,i am not diabetes but i check my blood suger every week it is always between 4.5mml and 8.0 but today i check it after breakfast in one hour and it was 9.0mml and after two hours it was 7.7 mml what do you advice me to do ??? And is that a sign of diabetes or what ??? My weight is 57 kg and hight 160

Can you post this not in the metric system?
