synced data

I've used the app for years & synced throughout. What does it actually sync with? My phone recently crashed (yes iPhone!); can I retrieve that data from anywhere?

New Phone

I just got a new iPhone and want to know how I transfer my data to the new phone. Anyone know how to do that?

It syncs with a cloud in cyberspace. In order to get your data back to the iPhone you will need the GB Pro App, unless you backed up your iPhone just before the crash. If this is the case, then all you need to do is restore your new iPhone or repaired iPhone.

You will need the GB Pro App to sync with the website, unless you backed up your previous iPhone. If that is the case, then just restore to info to your new iPhone.

I have used the GB free android version since May, and recently updated phones. I purchased GB PRO, thinking I could move my logs to my new phone. So far no joy...any suggestions?

I am sorry to say that you can't move the logs unless they are synced to the website and unfortunately the Android Version doesn't sync with the web.
