Just started a ketogenic program and in the last week, lost 6 lbs, and morning glucose was 75, the lowest ever! It is easy to follow and I am excited!

Great Job! I too am following this way of eating. Best thing I ever did. I can not believe that we are so misled about our diets.

I am following keto too. My sugar is highest in the morning. Can't figure out why. It is fine during the day. No meds pre diabetic

I just started the Keto plan a few days ago. It is going to be a perfect plan for me to follow. I haven't been hungry on it at all. so far, so good

How are you all doing with keto diet? Need your opinion as I am looking into it. Thanks
