Transferring data

I record my Glucose readings on my old iPhone 3.

I have bought a new iPhone 6.

Any way to transfer the data I have on the iPhone 3 to the iPhone 6?

If you backed up your iPhone 3 correctly, your data should go right in when you restore to the iPhone 6.
