As a diabetic,what supplements do you often eat?
 

I use inulin in my food and i get it from the BE. I substitute it for fat in cookies. I make bread with it. I am diabetic. Inulin is 0 on the glycemic index. It has helped reduce my blood glucose and to lose weight. I have a bakery. My diabetic customers have benefitted from Inulin as well. it helps with weight loss as I can replace fat in the cookies. It makes you feel full and reduces your desire to eat. I buy inulin from Orafti in 50 lb bags.All right.What is your supplement?:D
