I'm confused. Can someone explain the graph function on the app. One value, Three lines, three colors? What's going on? How can it help me?

Red = Highest reading of the day
Magenta (Purple) = Arithmatic average of all readings uploaded for the day
Blue = Lowest reading of the day

Your goal should be to keep the Magenta (Purple) inside the green horizontal boundary.
