How to send the "graph" to my doctor?

I have my E-mail address as well as that of my Doctor in the program. I just need to know "HOW, STEP BY STEP" to send the graph from my iPhone 4 to the Doctor's E-mail address. Thank you!

Snap a screen shot of the graph, then email the picture.

The screen shot as mentioned above will work. However, you will have more control of the data if you creat the graph from the website. See the "GB Help" thread for details.
