Sync desktop with iphone 6 plus

It is faster to input info on the desktop.... can I sync to my iphone once I"ve done that? I have no issues syncing info from my phone to my desktop, but what about VICE VERSA?:cool:

Always input your data from the iPhone, that's the way the app was designed. Vice versa requires the purchase of the "Pro" Version to obtain the two-way-sync.

I upgraded to the pro version and it syncs both ways. I am on an iPhone 6.
