Not synching
 

I recently had to replace my phone with one that had more memory. Most of the apps migrated over including glucosebuddy, but all my logs did not is there a fix for this

Generally, if you do a backup and restore the data goes into the new iPhone just fine. There is a way to fix this, but it would require the purchase of the Pro App so that you can do the two way sync.
