Sync between desktop program & Android app

I am new to GB, am I going to be able to enter info on both my desktop program & on the GB app? Will the info sync? My desktop isn't always handy to log my data.

I'd like to introduce a good manage tool called Android Mobile Manager, I use it to sync data between Androd and computer, works well.
