Does anyone know if long grain is as good as wild rice for Type 2?

Rice will spike for a long time. It's an enemy food, for me.

Wild rice. It Is a good option. Is black and you can eat this healthier food. There is a book called " the end of diabetes ". It might help you with what to eat.

I totally agree with ecorredo. My grandfather is diabetic and he eats black rice in place of white rice. He just eats a cup per meal and nothing more though.

Even I agree with Ecorredo.

My dietician said to try replacing hi-carb rice with cauliflower rice. It's easy to make, increases your vegetables and very low carbs.
