Trying to find supplemental insurance to help with the cost of Humulin R U-500. $1300 a month retail. With supplemental 35% - 44%. Any suggestions?

Look into AARP drug plan . Insulin costs covered w/copay but still hike when the " doughnut hole" is reached until "catastrophic level is reached. See aarp.org and medicare.gov websites.
