Where is the help section?

I just purchased this app and trying to log my husband's readings in one log. For some reason I can't find a way to enter more than one reading per date, and can't find the "how to" sections.

FAQ didn't address it.

Make sure that you are saving the data. Save is at the top right of the screen.
