An unprocessable entity error has occurred.

I'm getting this error when trying to sync. It won't let me sync anymore. I searched forum and found one entry where people suggested deleting your meds entries. I did that. Still no joy.

Can someone suggest something else?

Does anyone from support read this forum? I can't sync at all. :(

The answer to you second question is yes, but there is only one and he is spread very thin. Please be patient, I am sure that he will get to you in time.

Having the same problem. I have version 3.4. Downloaded onto iPhone thru app store on phone. have 65 entries in log and just today set up an account online. Entered correct id and password in Settings on the iPhone and got the above error when trying to sync for first time from phone to website. Tried to add a dummy entry and still got the same problem. Tried both settings, synchronize all logs to web as well as quick sync, still same error.

Also:

1) What GB app version are you using?

2) Are you trying "Quick Sync" or Settings -> ... sync all logs ... ?

3) I suggest adding a fake bg log to your GB app & trying to quick sync & then sync all if that fails. Then, I can at least get an idea from the server logs where to explore.

I last successfully synced on 5/10. Since then no sync has worked. Still with the ongoing message. I have tried both types of syncing, quick sync and the sync all logs to web. The only log I have been keeping is glucose, per your suggestion I added an activity log and attempted sync and still had same error.

I am on glucose buddy 3.3, just upgraded to 3.4 and tried syncing both ways again and I still get the Sync Status failure.

I replaced the "Insulin" with "Humalog" and was able to sync.

cannot sync to website

I am also having sync problem. I ultimately deleted all weblogs and then tried to sync again from data in IPod. I still get error message an unprocessable entity error occurred. you may have deleted log from webb account that you have not deleted from app. I also tried to delete logs in app - and it won't let me.
Suggestions? Do I need to manual enter data to web log so that it matches exactly data in IPod?
