Sync Error

GB Support,

When I click the sync log button on my iPhone, I receive the following error:

"An unknown error has occurred. Please try again or at a later time.

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC ..."

The above information is displayed in a pop-up message window. Please let me know what I should do.

I'm using GB 3.4 software on the iPhone.

Jeff,

Thanks for the quick response. As you mentioned in your post, I didn't have any entries and when I added an entry to the iPhone application, I was able to sync my logs.

I was initially trying to sync "my info" from the web to the iPhone, but it looks like that isn't possible, unless you know of a way?

Jeff, you are incredible! I had been having sync problems for months and you fixed them! Thank you SO much. I love the app and now will be able to catch up on three months' worth of BG entries. You are THE BEST! Thanks again.
