Support@Glucosebuddy.com does not seem to work.

I'm trying to take a snapshot or save the graph that appears on my iphone showing the average, highs and low levels. Although it says it has taken a snapshot and saved it to my library it has not. Can anyone help me with this?

Have you tried using iPhone's built-in screenshot feature?

It's been a while since I've used an iPhone but I believe you press and hold the “Home” button and then press the “Sleep/Wake” button.
