Users Manual or Support
 

I continue to us GB although it apparently does not have a Users Manual or Support. Also the server is most often too busy to allow use of the forum.

I really need to learn how to download data for my doctor MOST preferably in format usable by spreadsheet. In Comma separated Data format or any format usable by spreadsheet I can format my data to be most useful by doctor.

I am at a loss as to why I am unable to contact SUPPORT!!!!
