why is forum so intermittent
 

This app provides all I want for my record keeping. Therefore I'd like it to work. It is very frustrating to not be able to sync as often as I'd like. The forum also drops out (3 times this session). I get the feeling the authors are not very proud of their product. This comes from a retired software engineer who has written an operating system and several db apps. The lack of response to inquires seems to imply no one is at home. Jeff

Im finding the same issues. However, the responses I do get are helpful. I am learning though if I ask a question no one answers.

I will have to agree with you both. I have found the same true for years. It's really sad, since this forum used to be pretty lively and there were several very knowledgeable people to help. It seems that most people are afraid to get involved with another's problem or fear that they will give bad information. For the last few years, if I didn't answer a question, it usually didn't get answered and I found that I was answering the same problems over and over. It seems no one will use the search function. With the forum problems and my work schedule, I wrote the "GB Help" thread to answer the most asked questions, but that only works if people will read through the forum. Sadly, I don't come here very often.
