I'm new to this app but not Diabetes
Hi I'm Leah,
I am new to this web site and app. I am 39 years old and have Type 2. Not in very good control either.I go up and down a lot not taking my meds or shots. I was dingosed when I was about 24. I am trying to do better in testing and taking my meds. I like this app because i am always jumping between my phone and Ipad and I like the idea that I can sync to one place and be able to print all my results. One suggestion would be great is a note section or a section to put sliding scale information. I use this tecnique for my insulin and I am always refering to it and I bounce from my note pad to the app it's a little bit of a pain. Also the reminder would be nice if they can come back that would be helpful as well. Thanks! |
Well Leah Welcome to the forum and the App. If I can be of any help please drop me a line. I do however strongly encourage you to be religious is taking meds and checking sugar as I have learned the hard way and I am only 37. Take care and I hope t see more posts from you soon.

Welcome to the Forum! :)
Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management. |
