Why doesn't it work ???
Here is the tale so far... I've had glucose buddy for over 3 years and have never really needed to sync to my physician, but now my sugar levels are crazy and my diabetic doctors are demanding lots of REAL numbers.
I contacted GB to reset my password on the website. That was successful. When I try to sync the app from the iphone I get a message stating "You have not activated your Glucose Buddy account. Please click the activation link in the email that was sent after your registration. Please check your SPAM box if necessary". What the heck is going on? I need real help!!! |

Contact GB tech support and tell them your plight and that you need to activate your Glucose Buddy account.
