Graphics on glucose buddy pro

I just upgraded recently to glucose buddy pro . And before I bought it I noticed on the app preview that there were up and down graphics also with the ones that went diagonally
How do you get the up-and-down graphics which are thicker bars
I don't see any place that has that to set them up
Thanks hope to hear soon
