All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Finely grated lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 1 tablespoon
Trimmed and halved green beans 2 cups
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 pound
Finely chopped fresh dill 1/4 cup
