Syncing with the web.
 

I am having continual issues syncing with the web. It can take up to 11 times before it will sync. What is going on? Why did I buy this? Please fix you issues with your web sync.:mad::mad:

We are all having the same problem, as mentioned in numerous other threads of this topic. I personally wish it was fixed, but there is not much I can do about it.

I've used this app for years and today I just deleted it from all my devices. Totally fed up with the performance which just gets worse over time not to mention the TOTAL lack of response or concern by the developer. There are now plenty of other apps today that do the job better and don;t charge ridiculous high amounts for something that does;t even work most of the time. Too bad, this was once the best app out there for this application and now it's the worst.

I would like my money back if you cannot resolve your sync issue.

I have found that when my computer program is open to the log and there is no add log line that I have no problem with sync.

Having same sync issue looking for a new App

Same story -- years of reliable service, now no sync!! Anybody heard why? Which alternative apps are you moving to?

I came here to see if the problem with syncing would go away if I purchased the pro version. Glad I did. I need to find a consistently comprehensive app. I like the features on this one but it's inability to sync messes up my logging system. I do not use meds to control my type 2 and vigilance in daily looking at result patterns related to food choices is an essential. I totally love the graphs -- not so much the tedium of reading the log entries -- but in general this has been my favorite daily monitoring app. I would like to see the problem resolved.
