Sync from Website to app

I would prefer entered the logs on the website and then updating to the iPhone app. Is this possible?

Yes, but you will need to purchase the Pro Version to get the data back to the iPhone (true "two-way-sync"). Please bare in mind that the app was designed, for the iPhone, so that you could input data from the portable device on the go and since you most likely always have your iPhone with you.
