Fat and insulin
 

I saw an article online written by a regular person, not someone in the medical field. Anyways, they said something to the effect of fat in your diet either inhibits the production of insulin or it inhibits the function of insulin ( I don't remember which). Is this true? They now eat a lot of fruit and some vegetables and their BG levels dropped into the normal range.
