Sync problem

I failed to sync all logs of my data on my new iPhone and it prompted 'an XML parser error has occurred ' please help!

I'm also getting the same error when I try to sync all logs.

I am finally able to do the 2 way sync. Only thing that I did different was to add a log on my iPad. Once I did that everything synced for today.
