An EML Parser Error has occurred

I have the Glucose Buddy Pro on my my iPad and Iphone. Has been working great for some time. Today I had to restore both my iPad and my iPhone. Reloaded Glucose Buddy and now when I Synce All Logs I get this "An XML Parser Error has occurred.

Any suggestions

Several people are getting the Parser Error. I am sorry to say that I don't know how to fix it. The error appears to be on the server end.

We'll I hope it is fixed soon. I think my individual entries are getting to the server I just can't get them to my two devices

I sure wish you could update us on the progress of fixing this. Not hearing from you is frustrating.

I paid for the Pro Version and I only have the Free Version. If you can't fix then refund me my money.
