Formatting in Excel

When I export my logs to Excel I get date and time in the same column and cannot change the format to be more readable. I certainly don't need the time to the second and I really don't need the year. It makes it harder to read. Please advise.:confused:

Most of us down load the CSV file and run the "Report Generator" Tool on it.
