Having issues with syncing.

Sometimes when I am trying to sync, I get error messages stating "cannot connect to GB server". What could be the problem & how can I fix it.

Update: Right after I sent the post, I was able to sync. I would still appreciate any info on what could cause the problem.

I could be anything, usually it is heavy use and sometimes the server may be down. Anyway, it happens, just keep trying. Usually on the second or third try the sync is successful.
