What causes sparser error when you try to syc and how do you fix it

Trying to sync my IPhone "Pro" ap p to my iPad "pro" app and continue to get this message. I don't have this app on my laptop. Shouldn't be a problem with Apple products. Doesn't anyone ever answer the emails? Third message in several days!

Apparently they don't. It appears that there is currently a problem with the Glucose Buddy Server. I have sent emails as well.

I do not have it on a computer...only on IPhone and Ipad...I use to work...what they are telling me does not make sense

The mobile sync (that they charged a ridiculous price for) ceased to function a few weeks ago. It now appears to be finally working again. Anyone who has followed this forum for any length of time is witness that this company has ZERO customer service - try to find even a single post here where GB has even bothered to reply to anyone.
