Which cooking wine do I use?

Which cooking wine would be best for cooking beef and ribs. Like a sweet taste,

With red meats you'll want to go with a red wine. Red wines aren't generally sweet but in a reduction a merlot or Pinot noir with probably work best. Use other flavors to bring out the sweetness or ingredients to add sweetness.

You can use both red and white wine to add better and nice flavour to your food.
