Missed activation
 

I missed activating my account and now the code is nolonger active. How do I get my account activated so I can sync to my upgrade?

Have you input data yet? The easiest thing to do would be to create a new account, also assuming that you have not input data.

I no longer have the verification email and need to activate my account so that I can sync. I already have a lot of data put in, both the iPhone app and my online account. (because they can't sync.) And, I'm not using the free version. I purchased this and would appreciate some support. I have already sent a number of emails to the support address and I've not gotten a reply yet!

I wish that I could help. Support is the only way to get activation that I know of. You could try sending a PM to username: admin. I hope the information is helpful.
