high sugars
 

Hi there. I'm a type1 diabetic. For the last couple weeks my blood sugars are to high. During the Dutch holidays I finding hard to get my act together food wise. When my sugars are high my throat hurts. Is there anybody with the same complaints? Please let me know

During the holidays we all struggle with our control. I have found that eating less carbs, taking a long walk and/or adjusting the insulin accordingly helps me. Good luck with your control and management.
