new to the whole type 2, blood sugar thing
 

I have my blood sugar under control now give and take. My biggest thing is can I still take pre post workout supplements as long as they are sugar free? When u was on supplements my blood work came back okay I stop taken them for a long while now I'am out of wack can some one give me any info on this please. My dr. Isn't to key on supplements thanks

I can't help much with the supplements. I would search the supplement information and find out the side effects. If it appears to be ok, then it probably is for you. Get back to the exercise routine as soon as possible.
