I need help I just download new software to my phone. All my previous information was deleted. How do I get that back. I love this app. I just take my phone to the doctors office and she can see all my stats.

Welcome to the Forum! :)

If you are downloading the App to a new iPhone and if your previous iPhone was correctly backed-up, then you should be able to restore the previous information. Else you will need to purchase the two-way-sync or the GB Pro version (best value). This is all assuming that you are using an iPhone.
