Isla and her first 5k charity run
 

All mums and dads, Isla was diagnosed with type 1 on the 12th Aug 2013. After being after being discharged from hospital 5 days later and further 3 weeks down the line, Isla has just completed her first 5k charity fun forJDRF where she has raised a substantial amount for the charity. Yes it is a new life changing event for all parties involved, but a new and positive beginning as well. Start as we mean to go on and Isla plans to register with more charities events in the very near future. Dad and mum are so proud of there little but grown up girl :) x
