Alternative meds
 

I'm trying medifast and first time since diagnosis my sugars are down. I also using maitaki drops to keep sugar down. My problem is how much insulin to use and when. I went to primary care and he was not helpful. I'm on novalog 70/30. In one week I've dropped from 265 to avg 123. 200 units to 60 to 90.
