Cannot get graphs
 

I have all my logs and each day, click on the link to get the graphs, and the graphs appear so I can see how I am doing. Today, every time I press the link for the graphs, I get the summary at the top of the page, but no graphs. Of course, I need the graphs for a doctor's appointment tomorrow. Is there any help anyone can offer? I have already emailed support but have not reeived a response. Thanks Marlene

I am assuming that you are talking about the graphs on the website. I just checked and the graphs are working, but the server seems a little slow. There are several things that you can try. If you are getting the summary and not the graphs try a refresh of the page. You could also reboot your computer or try another web browser.
