new member Type 1

Diagnosed 30 years ago as Type 1 from a virus that attacked those insulin producing cells-bad luck for me. I don't know anyone in my life who is type 1. Neither have I ever been part of a support community like GLU. So, looking forward to future interactions via this forum.
