Hi I'm new to G.B I'm just looking for something new to try I've been diabetic since 1990 and am at the point now where nothing I try and do isn't helping my BS have been running high no matter what I do feeling very frustrated taking 5 shots a day doesn't seem to be helping

What are you doing for exercise?
How many carbs per meal are you eating. Your body can keep changing and your insulin resistance may have changed.
