frustrated
 

It's been a rough summer no matter how hard I try my BS keep spiking so frustrating even when I'm trying to be good there still spiking tired of taking shots and nothing changing

Do you count carbs and bolus for you meals?

Do you have an exercise routine?

I try to count carbs and not sure about bolus? I try to walk a couple times a week and when I'm at the store I really try to make my walk around count ie... I walk fairly fast and I try to walk the perimeter around the store
