What happens when you take this? Makes me have diarrhea, is that the norm? I also take Metformin which gave me no trouble before adding the Glipizide.

I also get diarrhea from this medicine. It also makes me belch a lot. I take it early otherwise I would be in all day. It also upsets my stomach. I take Metformin twice a day and it only has made me sick once because the dosage was too high. The Metformin makes me extra thirsty so I drink a lot of water, I was just diagnosed in May of this year so. I hope to get off all meds by the end of the year and control the diabetes with diet and exercise. I have lost 20 pounds now at my goal weight of 120lbs.

I had diarrhea with metformin so I switched to glipizide no troubles now . I think everyone is different.
