App Stuck With Android Phone
 

I recently downloaded the app for my new Samsung S4 from Google play website. I added my information on the My Info section and now I'm stuck.... probably a silly easy fix but I can't figure out how to get back to the screen where I can start recording the test results.

There is no back button, no save or anything. Any help is greatly appreciated.
