Hi - am new to this and was wondering if anyone has found a menu planner for type2

I have looked everywhere and it would be great if there was a planner with gi / carb of each meal. (As well as a list of yummy snax since I have to give up my favourite desserts and treats :(

Welcome to the Forum!

Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.

BTW;

You can find several websites by doing a Google search for "diabetes meal planner".

Pay particular attention to the "Mayo Clinic link".
