The best way to meet this challenge is head on! In order to get your blood sugar readings where they need to be, you will most likely have to make a life style change. This includes a sensible diet and exercise. To go even farther you should try learning to count carbs and a low carb diet, as this will get you there faster. This is the only way to combat T2, since you are not taking insulin injections. Read the Blood Sugar 101 thread, study and research the internet.
