My blood sugars have been 200 for 3 days and won't go down!

Sounds like a bug. Have you felt sick for the last few day? Usually, if I am having some form of sinus trouble mine will spike like that and no amount of the usual insulin will bring it down. It usually last three days for me, if it lasts longer for you - check with your doctor.
