Just got back from 3 day school camp with my 11 yr old type 1. Teachers ask why do I need to come. At the end if the camp they asked are you please coming next year.

The days were great fun. The nights a nightmare if hypos no sleep. But the little fella had a ball.

I am totally wrecked. I think understand what burnout is now.

I am glad that he had a great time. You should try a Diabetes Camp next year. The kids learn a lot and it helps them to be around others that have the same condition.
