You are right Dano. I have actually been able to regulate my blood sugar here easier than back in the states. They use natural ingredients and no high fructose corn syrup as a sweetener. It doesn't hurt that the portion sizes are a lot smaller here which forces me to eat smaller meals throughout
the day.

It is great to hear that you are doing so well with the cuisine over there! :)

The portion size has been a big problem for me, in the states, as well. I have shared a meal with my wife for several years and it has worked out well for me. :rolleyes:
