Hi. I am ii type diabetics and have two concerns at this moment. Is true that janumet can cause pancreas cancer? And second one is can a diabetic eat Fruits any time of the day? Thanks

Read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section. You can eat fruit, but you need to be selective. Take a look at the glycemic index. Try to pick foods and fruits with at GI less than 50.
