new here-question about food log?
hi all, i saw a nutritionist yesterday, she recommended i try this site as a more complete system for my diabetes(i am currently using a site that gives me very complete nutritional info, but that's it). i'm sure this is a stupid question, but on the food log, presumably i'm only supposed to fill in the carbs for the meal or snack? only thing that makes sense but i have to ask :) thanks so much. i have type 1 since 1964 with elevated anti insulin antibodies(just found out what those were, explains a lot but no help). looking forward to meeting new people here, liz
